Orders and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

Crystals and Stones can NOT be returned or refunded unless broken in transit by courier.  Please email info@hollyholistic.com on the same day you received the item, and provide detailed photos of the item and packaging to launch an investigation with the courier.  Failure to provide this information within 24 hours of receiving your items forfeits your right to a refund.

We agree to refund any unopened items (other than crystals or stones) that you are not completely happy with, within 28 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 5 days will not be refunded.  The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products Thank you!

*Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

IMPORTANT: All refunds can only be issued if the returns form is filled in and an invoice is attached and sent back to us with your unwanted item. (scroll down for more details on how to do this). Please contact info@hollyholistic.com for a returns form.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

All orders can be returned by post. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

  1. Email info@hollyholistic.com to receive a returns form which is essential in order to complete a return.
  2. Package your items carefully and include your invoice and completed returns form.
  3. Label your package using the address label provided on our returns form, or your own label.
  4. MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNOPENED (Any crystals and stones as well as any items which are returned opened, WILL NOT be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).

Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.

Please remember to ask your delivery company for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
