Orders and Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
All items sold by Holly Holistic in both the online and physical shop are final. Items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless bought online at hollyholistic.com and broken in transit by courier. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day you received the item, and provide your order number and detailed photos of the broken item and packaging to launch an investigation with the courier service. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours of receiving your items forfeits your right to a refund. If after investigation, we find that the courier was at fault, we will process your refund within 3 working days – we will not send a replacement product. Please check with your bank directly regarding the refund to your card after the refund has been processed by Holly Holistic. If you paid by COD (Cash on Delivery) – we will issue you a credit voucher that is good for one year from your order date to use for future purchases. Vouchers can be used in the online or physical shop.
If any item ordered from our website is out of stock, we will notify you and process your refund on the card from which you paid. Please check with your bank regarding the refund to your card after the refund has been processed by Holly Holistic.
